There was a communal kitchen and sitting area which was well equipped. The bath robes were excellent

Very friendly and helpful host. Excellent value for money.
Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Fresh fruit from the garden each day made a very nice addition to our breakfast.
Really clean room and also the shared bathroom and toilets, nice living and dining room, very quiet place at night (and day), beautiful view of Mount Te Aroha, welcoming host Denise, free parking
